It's not that Hope really had the right to complain anywhere was better than where they had been. But this place, this awful place wasn't too far from being just as dangerous. The landscape was scrap metal, old abandoned warships from another world, rock, dirt, debris and twisted garage from when the mighty fal'Cie had tried to repair the massive hole in Cocoon's protective shell.
The Vile Peaks was the lowest of the low - where castoffs, fugitives and all sorts of bad people hid. Perhaps it was appropriate they were here, because Yaag had called them all traitors t

Jihl stared at Hope with a calculating gaze. Her eyes briefly flicked to the computer screen next to her, and scanned over the information. It wasn't anything damning at least not to her. The men had been wearing unique armor she has assumed Guardian Corps because of the dead members around them. Sure they had posed as Corps mem

Serah where are you? I know what's going on. I'm in Palumpolum for the love of Lindzei call me back.
It was late, the glow of Serah's phone made her stick out like a sore thumb in the under lit, creepy 'dog patch' part of Palumpolum. Every town had run down, older parts of it. Even Bodhum though Lightning had always advised Serah to stay away from it. Unsavory people lived in the poor areas, and someone like her was just another target to them.
Serah wholeheartedly agreed with Lightning's advice. If she could've, she would've avoided all of this. Bu
